Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of our Premium plan. No payment method is required to start a trial, so there is nothing to refund during this period — you can simply stop using the account, or subscribe before it ends to keep access.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, through Razorpay. Your card/UPI/bank mandate is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle for as long as the subscription remains active.
You can cancel anytime from the Membership page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately, but you keep full access to your current plan until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — there is no immediate loss of access.
Because you retain access for the full period already billed, we do not provide pro-rated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle after cancelling. If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a service issue that prevented you from using WALoops during a billing period, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry it; if it continues to fail, your subscription will be marked expired and plan-gated features will be paused until you resubscribe. Chargebacks or payment disputes should be raised with us directly first at [email protected] so we can resolve them without involving your bank/card issuer where possible.
Switching between plans takes effect as a new subscription starting immediately; any remaining time on your previous plan is not separately refunded, consistent with section 4 above.
