After a COD order is placed, WALoops sends the buyer a WhatsApp message with Confirm and Cancel buttons. Confirm tags the order in Shopify so you can ship it; Cancel cancels the order in Shopify automatically before any shipping cost. It is part of the Starter plan of the WALoops Shopify app.

How do I verify COD orders on WooCommerce? expand_more

Send every Cash on Delivery buyer a WhatsApp message with Confirm and Cancel buttons right after the order, and ship only confirmed orders. With the free WALoops plugin this is automatic: Confirm adds an order note, Cancel cancels the order in WooCommerce, and the Orders list shows each answer.
