How do I set up Comment Auto-Reply? expand_more

Connect your Instagram account, open Instagram → Comment Auto-Reply and add a rule: the keywords to watch (for example "price" or "link"), whether to reply publicly under the comment or privately by DM, and the DM format (text, text with a button, a product card or a carousel). It starts working on new comments as soon as you save.

Does Comment Auto-Reply use the right product for each post? expand_more

Yes. WALoops matches each post or reel to a product by the SKU or style code in the caption, so {price}, {title} and {url} in your reply come from that product. You can also pick the product by hand. If a post has no product, no reply is sent rather than a wrong one.
