Shopify COD App: COD Checkout, Verification & Prepaid Booster

The Shopify COD app that cuts fake orders and turns COD into prepaid

WALoops COD Checkout & Sales gives your store a fast one-panel checkout with WhatsApp OTP, COD rules, partial payment and WhatsApp COD confirmation, so fewer parcels come back and more buyers pay online.

check_circle Runs inside Shopify admin, billed by Shopify

check_circle No Meta or WhatsApp setup

check_circle Free plan, no card needed

COD sells. It also brings fake orders, returns and slow payouts.

block

Fake and impulse orders

Wrong numbers and "just checking" orders get packed and shipped, then refused at the door.

local_shipping

Paid twice for one return

You pay the courier to deliver the parcel and again to bring it back, and the stock is stuck in transit.

payments

Cash that arrives late

COD money reaches you days after delivery. Prepaid orders pay you before you ship.

Stop fake COD

Only real buyers get to place a COD order

Most RTO starts with an order the buyer never meant to receive. WALoops checks the buyer before the order exists and again before you ship it.

check_circle WhatsApp OTP at checkout: the phone number is verified before the order is placed Free
check_circle COD rules: block COD by cart value, PIN code or phone number Free

Shopify COD app: common questions

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account or Meta setup? expand_more

No. Messages go out from the WALoops WhatsApp number, so there is nothing to register with Meta. On Starter and above you can switch to your own branded WhatsApp number whenever you like.

Is the app really free? expand_more

Yes. The Free plan includes the express checkout, WhatsApp OTP, COD rules, COD fee, partial payment for 30 orders a month, WhatsApp order confirmation and 100 free WhatsApp messages. Paid plans add COD verification, the prepaid booster, order-value tools, cart recovery, AI search and live chat.

How does COD verification work? expand_more

After a COD order is placed, the buyer gets a WhatsApp message asking them to confirm. Confirm tags the order in Shopify; Cancel cancels it for you. COD verification is part of the Starter plan.

How do buyers pay online? expand_more

Buyers who choose to pay online finish on Shopify's own checkout with the payment gateways you already use, so payouts, refunds and reports stay in Shopify. COD orders are placed straight from the checkout panel.

Will it change my theme? expand_more

No. The checkout is added as an app embed that you switch on in the theme editor. Turn it off and your store goes back to Shopify's normal cart and checkout.

Which languages does the checkout support? expand_more

The checkout comes in 15 languages, including Hindi, Tamil and Arabic.

Can I change or cancel my plan? expand_more

Yes, from the Plan page inside the app. Billing runs through Shopify, so charges appear on your normal Shopify invoice.
