WALoops ("we," "us," "our") is a WhatsApp Business automation platform — shared team inbox, bot flows, broadcast campaigns, AI sales agent, and eCommerce integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce) — built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. WALoops is operated by Varni Infotech.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account and any team members you invite to it.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to our Premium plan features, no payment method required upfront. At the end of the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription; if none is active, access to plan-gated features is suspended until you subscribe.
Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, in US Dollars ($), and processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. Indian customers are billed the INR equivalent, converted automatically by Razorpay at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You agree to use WALoops in compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and all applicable laws — including consent and opt-out requirements for bulk/broadcast messaging. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being used to send unsolicited or abusive messages, or that put our Meta Business Solution Provider standing at risk.
Customer, order, and conversation data you connect to WALoops (e.g. via Shopify/WooCommerce or your WhatsApp number) is processed on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain the owner of your customer data at all times.
WALoops is provided "as is." While we work to maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for outages or delays caused by Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, Razorpay, Shopify/WooCommerce, or other third-party services we integrate with. Figures used in our marketing (e.g. recovery or conversion percentages) are illustrative and not a guarantee of results for your business.
You may stop using WALoops and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
