When you switch AI Search on, AI reads every product once, including its photo, and writes the words shoppers might use for it: colours, styles, occasions, Hindi names. Searches then run against that index in a fraction of a second.
Only long, conversational searches are sent to AI, and each answer is remembered for a week. So most searches use no AI allowance at all, and new or edited products are picked up automatically.
