How to test a COD app properly
- Note your current numbers for the last 30 days: COD share of orders, RTO rate and prepaid share.
- Install one app and turn on OTP and confirmation first. They cut RTO without hurting conversion much.
- After two weeks, add one rule at a time: a COD fee, a cart-value limit, partial COD on risky PIN codes.
- Compare RTO and conversion against your starting numbers. Keep what helped and drop what didn't.
